As an athlete myself I have seen first
hand how being physically fit is not only beneficial on the
court but in everyday life. I have pursued my certification
in personal training in order to help people become physically
fit and challenge those that are already active. I plan to
help people with goals they found unattainable, to help people
improve their quality of life and to help already active people
find enjoyment in a variant workout routine. In my studies
and practice I have learned that the quality of a workout
is one of the more important aspects of becoming physically
fit. I hope to help you find the enjoyment and health that
a consistent and challenging workout routine can provide for
you individually. As a mom, I have gone through the process
of carrying a child for 9 months and longing for the body
I once knew prior to the life changing process of pregnancy
and motherhood. I have had the opportunity to help other moms
along with myself find the motivation and confidence to acheive
the body they knew prior to pregnancy
