Philosophy:
I believe that every individual responds
to exercise differently,
therefore each individual should have their own personalized
program. My
job is to help you set realistic and obtainable goals and
then design a
program tailored to you and your life. It is essential to
work with someone
who can identify any problems in your program and make the
necessary changes
to ensure progress toward your goals.
I believe in including all the components of fitness and health
into
every program I design, including muscular strength, muscular
endurance,
cardiovascular training, flexibility, and a healthy diet.
Each training
session is different to help keep you motivated and to keep
your body from reaching a plateau. Variety in training is
what keeps you from burning out and is
also very important in the progress toward your goals. Lack
of knowledge of
which exercises to perform and lack of variety is most peoples
problem when
it comes to getting results. I will be there to help motivate
you, educate
you, and most importantly keep you on track toward your goals.
